PROJECT OVERVIEW
Designed high-fidelity screens for an internal audit management platform used by auditors and firm partners, leveraging multiple AI tools throughout the design process. Focused on streamlining complex workflows, improving clarity across multi-step processes, and supporting role-based interactions between interal teams and clients
Key Challenges
Form fatigue
Long, complex questionnaires required significant time and effort to complete, creating friction for auditors working through multi-step forms
Disconnected
workflows
Drafting, sending, and receiving letters between auditors and clients happened entirely outside any platform, through email, Word, and paper with no centralized process
Rigid templates
Auditors worked with rigid Word templates where modifying tables, formatting, or content was slow and tedious, with no streamlined way to make changes

Scannable

Redesigned lengthy questionnaires into structured, section-by-section experiences. Reducing cognitive load and making long checklists faster and easier to complete
Centralized
letter workflow
Built a centralized letter workflow where auditors can draft, send, and receive letters directly in the system. Replacing the back and forth of email, Word, and paper entirely
Dynamic digital
templates
Translated rigid Word templates into a dynamic digital interface where editing tables, modifying content, and formatting is intuitive, no more wrestling with static documents.
